I've been busy as hell with so many projects, barely got any time for my own personal ones.

But I finally got my hands cleared from some major stuff and I am so getting back to my art. You can definitley look forward to some stuff from me. In the mean time you can check out my two latest uploads.

Ok it isn't the New Year yet, still got 2 hours left.

2009 was an awesome year for me, and I can't get wait to get things rollin' in the next year. I got some great ideas and projects I'm working, been placed on hold though till mid or late January, wanna get some exams cleared outta the way first.

I can't wait to do so 'cuz I'll be getting into some new things which has me really excited.



Oh, something I was wondering maybe you guys could help me out on. I've always wanted to create a design blog, to showcase different kinds of art. I've been thinking up some more ideas in the past month for this blog, so along with showcasing there's more I'll be doin' with it. Main problem I've been facing...a title. I suck at titles. If anyone could throw any kind of suggestions at me, it would be most appreciated.

Anyways, like I was saying before, 2009 was amazing, so many things happened for me in this year that I'll never forget.

So what did you guys like or maybe even hate most about this year? And what are you looking forward to in the next?

As I mentioned in the Comment's, I came up with a whole story for the piece, so here it is;

The central character, the hero, is the blazing dude in the front. He was once a regular college kid, athletic and loved by everyone. One day while driving with his parents, an accident occurred leading to the death of his parents and the loss of his arm. Having no recollection of what actually happened during the accident, he blames himself for the death of his parents, his grief leading him to drop out of college and become emotionally detached from the world. His only companions are his pet cat and turtle. He obtains himself a prosthetic arm which only further fuels his anguish.

He soon learns his athletic abilities have somehow enhanced, having even saved a couple of lives. He has as well experienced flickers of elemental/chi powers. Then one day, he is visited by a lil' pixie kinda woman (who later falls madly in love with him) who has been watching him and believes him to be some sort of 'hero'. With the destruction of a 'gate' that leads to the universe she is of, evil beings have entered this universe and she requires his assistance. She offers to amplify his powers. He refuses but when she tells him the accident, which seems to be the origin of his new abilities, which killed his parent may not have really been an accident but purposely caused by someone, he accepts. So she advances his powers and transforms his prosthetic arm into a robotic arm.

And so while trying to discover the truth behind the accident, the death of his parents and his powers, our hero, with his team of the lil' fairy woman, his cat and turtle, undergoes exciting adventures and battles against everyday villains like a talking evil tiger, the grim reaper, a sadistic business man who wants to transform the world through foul means, a samurai and so on. He even makes some new friends who aid him every now and then, like a lost whimsical pirate in search of his crew and an alien robot who has come to study earth.

Lol, well I hope you guys take a liking to my latest piece. I kinda completely dedicated myself to this piece and so now that it's done, I can finally move on and back to other projects.

Well intially the 18 really had nothing to do with my age but that's just how everyone has been conceiving it.

Not much else to say. Working on 3 new things. Well 4...5...several things, lets put it like that xD

And though I actually returned on the 14th of August from the US, only recently have I resumed my daily activities and have fully recovered from exhaustion. So yeah, I'm back.

On the July 20th I left for the US and I had the most amazing time of my life. I wrote a mega long entry for my LJ so I'm gonna just stick to a summary here.

From Washington to California, Arizona, Denver, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvannia. For me the highlight of this trip was San Diego, CA. Not only is San Diego awesome, it was where the TBRS Reunion '09 took place. I had the most terrific time ever. We went to Comic Con which was pretty amazing, I'm actually looking forward to going there again next year. Aside from Comic Con, we had a whole lot of fun. I'm always going to remember San Diego cuz not only was it where I met my TBRS friends, but where I finally got meet Sarah (~raven-of-shadows) as well.

I could go on forever about all the fun I had in all the other states like Arizona and Florida...but I actually did in my LiveJournal and honestly my fingers are still hurting lol. You can read my journal if you wanna know about my whole trip.

So yeah, this trip was one of the most greatest experience I've ever had. I really can't put into words the amazing time I had. And I've come back with so many fresh ideas, so I'm very eager to get back into my work.

Left for Islamabad on Sunday for our Visa interview at the US Embassy. The interview was on Monday morning and um...heh, was quite the day.

Anyways, after returning on the same day but around night time, I've been catching up on some work which I am still sorta catching up on.

I've been really dissapointed in myself recently, in terms of my work. I'm looking at my work and...I dunno, I'm just not happy. Not because I don't like my work, but because I have yet to get anywhere with it. I don't exactly have my own original style, but that's not what I'm worried about, originality takes time. I'm just fustrated as of recently with my inability to produde something creditable. Another thing I've always been fustrated with about myself is having these wonderful ideas but never being able to create them. Is it because they are too complex and I don't have the proficieny to do them? No, actually...I just...never get around to doing them.

But I am looking to change that. Recently I recieved some amazing inspiration from various new artists I have discovered, not from DA though, and it was practically nourishment for my brain. So here's hoping I can finally make some advancements.

Heyyy guys. Sorry for the lack of updates. Recently I've been inspired to expand my work, doing more aisde from photomanips. Been kinda checkin out different stuff and I got myself a sorta vision of a new scope, soooo...here's hoping I can pull this off. Already gotten started it actually. I'll still do photomanips and stuff but ya'll can definitley expects some newer things from me as well.

Btw, I've gotten a lot of requests for tutorials and well I've been thinking video tutorials for while now, only recently seriously considering it, so yeah what kind of tutorials would you guys like to see from me? ASIDE from photomanip designs, cuz those would be too long and I honestly don't have that much free time on my hands.

Anyways....dang I need a sub. My bank is being gay at the moment...as usual.

Btw, I have a problem I was hopin' someone could help me out with. This problem came up a while ago, whenever I create gradients (mostly ones with black variations) in photoshop, this grain texture forms over it, like a really low quality jpg image, and when I look close enough, the grain is animated o.o

Gettin' pretty fustrated, dunno why it's happening though. Any help would be appreacited!
